What is a Master Franchisee?
The Master Franchisee is Cartridge World North America’s partner and management representative. They are responsible for interviewing and recommending applicants for the awarding of a Cartridge World franchise. In addition they provide assistance in the initial development of the franchise store and with continuing operational support once the store is open.
What are the qualifications of a Master Franchisee?
Cartridge World is looking for individuals who have the capability to develop and manage a master franchise territory. The individual(s) will need a business background in management and a resume of work history that supports working with people in a team environment while achieving success. A marketing or sales background is helpful, but not required. This is a people business and the most successful Masters care about helping others achieve success. The individual(s) will also need sufficient capital to sustain and support them during their master development period.
