"I found Mark's store from his ad in the phone book. I have two laser printers in houses I rent to grad students. Mark was very helpful. I brought him a pile of old toner cartridges and he sorted through them and gave me back one that had never been used. Then he set me up to receive a supply of toner cartridges delivered to my door. He had all kinds of interesting things to say about toner and ink jet ink.
He appeared to be genuinely interested in my business, I rent furnished rooms to female grad students and supply internet, wifi and a laser printer to all my student/guests. Mark was very helpful in ideas to make my printing system more reliable.
