We GUARANTEE that cartridges refined by our company will perform at least as well as the original equipment manufacturers supply under similar conditions. If you are not completely satisfied with our refilled cartridges, please return the cartridges withing 90 days of purchase (along with your original receipt) and we'll either repair the cartridge, credit the full amount against a new cartridge or provide a full refund.
