Cartridge World Return Policy
Cartridge World stands behind the 100% satisfaction guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, our friendly staff will quickly replace or exchange the product. You may even return the item for a full refund of the purchase price (if it meets the conditions stated below).
In the event you experience any problems with your cartridge(s), please refer to our Return Policy, detailed below, to help resolve any issues quickly.
All returns or exchanges must be pre-approved and assigned an RMA number (Return Merchandise Numbers give you authorization to return item(s) to Cartridge World for inspection. Credits will be issued, if justified, after product inspection).
If an order entry error occurs, please notify Cartridge World as soon as possible. A return can be made within 30 days of purchase.
Any product that has been tampered with or refilled will be denied credit.
Products must be returned in the same or equivalent packaging as it was originally delivered to protect the item during return shipment.
Cartridge World Branded Products
Up to 1 year: Return for a full refund from the date of purchase on defective products.
Up to 2 years: Return for a full replacement on defective products from the original date of purchase.
90 day return: On unopened ink and toner cartridges from the original date of purchase (20% re-stocking fee applies).
Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Products
Defective items may be returned within 6 months from the date of purchase.
Non-Defective product(s) may be returned 90 days from the original purchase date, as long as the product is unopened and in resalable condition. Such item(s) must be freight shipped, prepaid by the dealer, and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Cartridge World Shipping Information
Shipping charges are nonrefundable, except in the event of a packing error.
What is your normal Delivery Time? For ink/toner cartridges, if you are located within the U.S. and your package is less than 2 lbs., it normally takes 3-5 business days. If you’re located in the U.S. and your package is over 2 lbs., it normally takes 3-7 business days. If the order is shipping to Canada, it can take up to 10 business days. For office equipment, office supplies and furniture, the expected delivery date is 1-2 business days from the date that the order is placed if submitted before 3:00PM local time. Heavier/larger items will be shipped by LTL and have an expected delivery date of 3-5 business days after an order is placed.
How do you ship? Shipping methods depend on the size and weight of your order. We use UPS Ground for most shipments. Heavier/larger items will be shipped by LTL.
How long after I place my order do you ship it? For ink/toner, most shipments go out the following business day. If the item is not stocked in our central warehouse, it may take up to 3 days to process. We maintain the inventory quantities and we will do our best to ensure that items Not in Stock cannot be ordered. Should an item you order be unavailable, your credit card will not be charged and you will be informed via email. For office equipment, office supplies and furniture, orders placed before 3:00PM local time will ship same business day.
What if I do not own a credit card? For web orders, we only take credit cards but you can go on www.cartridgeworld.com to find the nearest location to you.
What are your shipping charges? You will receive free shipping if your order total is $50.00 or more. If your order total is under $50.00, there will be a flat $1.99 shipping charge.
What is the shelf life of your cartridges? 1-3 years depending on the cartridges.
Order Shipments and Tracking
Whether your order is shipped in one box or several, total shipping charges, will not exceed what was quoted on your order confirmation. Our policy is to send you your merchandise as quickly as possible. Shipping items together depends upon the availability of the items ordered. Should an item be out-of-stock, it will be sent as soon as it becomes available. You will not incur any additional charges if your items ship in separate boxes or from multiple distribution centers.
To check on the status of your order(s), please allow up to 1 business day for the order to process and tracking number to be made available on your account. Afterwards, you may log back into your account and click the ‘View details’ link next to each order and obtain the tracking number.
